The ground floor welcomes you into a warm and modern kitchen with small seating area for friends to gather and share a glass of local wine and cheese from the Saturday market. The kitchen has all you need - full-sized refrigerator, wine fridge, stove/oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, and a dining table that expands as needed with additional chairs. The first and second floors are individual suites with sitting areas, queen bed (1st floor), king bed/or two twins (2nd floor) and full bathrooms. A full-sized washer and dryer are found on the first floor. The top floor and loft include a large sitting area with a double sofa bed and a single fold out bed, as well as a water closet and sink. The house has wireless internet throughout and a smart TV on the top floor. Each floor has a portable air conditioning unit to stay cool during the summer heat. In winter, the house uses radiant heaters to make it warm and cozy. The house exudes French character with stone walls, massive wood beams, high ceilings and a total of 49 steps to create an impressive winding staircase.
